Pregnancy - I'm wondering if anyone had WLS and then had a tummy tuck before any pregnancies.

I'm hoping to have this surgery and may need to have a follow up tummy tuck, but haven't had any children yet and plan to in the future. Should I wait to have children first? Thanks.
