I'm 3 1/2 months post op and still having bouts with nausea...why?

I had me surgery the end of January,I was sick to my stomach once in awhile right after surgery. All of a sudden I am feeling sick,constantly...and a big time lack of energy,almost a weak feeling inside. I take my vitamins from the doc and try to take all the needed protien but when I'm sick like this I have a hard time getting anything down.Why would it just start like this after 3 months? I can't take it!
