Need COMPLETE list of Kaiser (No. Cal.) co-morbidities

Hi, Does anyone have the COMPLETE list of Kaiser's (Northern CA) co-morbidities. I have the Gastric Bypass booklet they give you in Health Education, but it doesn't have a complete list in it. It just mentions "documented sleep apnea, cardiomyopathy, pickwickian syndrome, symptomatic arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, leg edema, amenorrhea" and then goes on to say "This is not a complete list since there are also other obesity-related co-morbidities." So I was just wondering what those others are that aren't in the purple booklet. Thanks much, Joy
