Did Humana PPO or HMO Members have a problem with this being called cosmetic surgery?

I have Humana HMO..I know they said they won't cover it cuz its considered a cosmetic surgery however they might if medically needed...I notice alot of you have PPO but I have HMO anyone been approved for it through Humana HMO? My doc is sending a letter know saying its medically necessary. Please let me know..email me if you want... thanks to all of you!
