What employers in Portland Oregon have insurance that cover WLS?

I work for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield in Oregon and they don't cover this surgery for me. I need to find another employer in order to make this happen. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am a Business Analyst and work in computer configuration and problem solving (I am not a programmer though by any means).
