Will geting out of the back seat of a cab be a problem post op?

If I fly from So.California to San Francisico for surgery I am going to have to get in and out of the back seat of a taxi cab... Its been so long since I've been in a cab or a car for that matter, I dont even know if I can do that now... how about post op? Anyone had a problem exiting a cab post op? 5'4" appx 360
