Found a golf-ball sized lump under my scar line, next to ribcage

I can only feel it when I'm laying flat on my back and it is a hard "knot" right near the bottom of my ribcage, to the left, underneath my scar (my scar pulls to the left because of my previous gallbladder surgery). I am 10 months post-op. Has anybody had something similar?
