Medicaid - WI - Does WI Medicaid cover tummy tuck?

Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone from the state of Wisconsin who has Medicaid or Medical Assistance have had there tummy tuck covered. I have skin and it is beginning to hurt and will only get worse because I'm not at goal yet. ANY help would be appreciated!!! Thanks
