To all post- ops have the appearance of stretch marks gotten better?

I am pre op and my belly looks like a road map I have a lot of stretch marks and I was wondering if the appearance of these will improve or not really change much. I have very good elasticity and am only 28 years old so I think that there may be hope. Your responces are greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to my surgery regardless. Thanks!!!
