I miss the "last 300 questions" and "expand the list" features

I really miss the "last 300 questions" and "expand the list" features. For the last few weeks they have said "this feature is being updated". Does anyone know what the expected date of the update is? It seems like I miss some questions and not as many people respond to the questions asked because we are only able to see about 2 days of questions and answers on the "last 10 questions, last 25 answers page. I wouldn't miss these features so much if I didn't LOVE THIS SITE SO MUCH. I can't imagine making the decision to have surgery without it. It truly had made a huge impact in my life. Does everyone know that Eric is running a fundraising campaign to help defer expenses? Everyone who benefits from this site really should chip in if at all possible. Thanks
