Does anyone have a good recipe for salmon steaks or salmon cakes?

I am looking for some tasty recipes for different fish dishes. In particular, I'd like to know a good, tasty way to cook salmon both salmon steaks and salmon cakes. I also have a lot of frozen white fish in my freezer and would like some ideas as to how to prepare them either in to cakes or something else tasty. I don't know what kind of fish that it is. As fish is loaded w/ protein and very low in calories and fat I'd like some ideas so that I can use it on an ongoing basis. Thanks!
