Mental illness

Hi. I'm having surgery in June and I have a mental illness. Very bad depression. My question is this. Will I still be able to take the medications that I'm taking now? I take the following: Effexor, Tegretol, Zoloft, and Ambian for sleep. Will I experence post-op depresstion? Will the doses of my meds need to be rearaanged? Any help on this would be GREAT!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
