Is there such a thing as a healthy Midnight Snack?
Hello All... I was told to have carbs at night (carbs also help you sleep) for a snack... I sometimes eat a couple breadsticks... yogurt... cheese... or peanut butter on a banana... am I OK by doing this? Does anyone have any other suggestions?... or is there no such thing as a healthy midnight snack for us... Thanks in advance to all who respond with ideas... Take Care
