Any problems?

I've tried drinking Crystal Light as an alternative for water and had a problem. I immeadiately felt my face flush and I felt like I had to throw up. Is this dumping? Has anyone else had this kind of trouble with Crystal Light? Is it because of Nutrasweet? Thanks for any help.
