Has anyone ever used Dr. Rout? He's not on ANY list I have checked!! HELP!!

I'm really scared to use this doctor, he is very blunt when he speaks, and very ridged. But the state (Vocational Rehab) is paying for it, and he's the only "vendor" they have for this proceedure.
