Curious to know how many carb's ppl are eating in a day?
My doctor has never discussed how many carb's i should be eating. And I have seen so many conflicting stories from none to 40 in a day. How do you not eat any? My protein shake when mixed with milk is 8 carb's, and i have that twice a day. Am I defeating myself here? I try to keep the carb's under 40 a day
