I need to live on protein shakes for about two weeks now.
I would like to make my own with protein powder, nonfat milk or water, ice, fruit, etc. By using a blender will the added bubbles placed in the drink (which makes it frothy) cause any undue pain in my pouch/intestines? I am very concerned because I have acquired gas very bad after eating certain foods, and I thought I was going to die for about 45 minutes. I will need to do this for about 2 weeks, so I need your input ASAP. Thanks friends. Missy (268/125 RNY).
