Anyone have luck with guardian approving plastics?

Hi. I had a TT a year a go and was left with skin hanging. I have 2 big pouches on my hips that get rashes all the time I was going to try for another TT but have a new insurance. Anyone have guardian and have experience? anyone need 2 TT and get the 2Nd one approved under a different ins co? deperate! Nicole
