At 4 1/2 months post-up, still have chronic nausea and abdominal pain
My Nurse Practitioner tells me that this will get better, but at 4 1/2 months post-up, no one I've spoken with has experienced the chronic nausea and stomach pains, especially this far out. I still have to make sure water is warm, or at least luke warm, or I'll feel very nauseous. I also (fortunately, not daily) will feel like my food is backed up into my esophogus, its very unpleasant, and when this happens, it takes @1-2 hours to pass (sometimes, nauseous & dumping syndrome). This happens even after I've tried to "chew, chew, chew" and eat slowly. Sometimes even after just 2-3 bites. I'm happy about my weight loss, but just wonder if anyone can give me any other advise other than "it will get better." - thanks
