Mini Arm Lifts?

I am looking for people who have undergone mini arm lifts as opposed to the full arm lift. How were your results? Where is the scar - in the armpit area? My upper arms measure about 10 1/4 to 10 1/2 and my hanging skin is 2 inches. I don't want the scar associated with the full arm lift however I am interested in a mini arm lift where maybe an inch or so of hanging skin can be removed. There is nothing to lipo - there is no fat just hanging skin. If anyone knows of a doctor in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area who does the mini arm lifts successfully please let me know. Many thanks.
