Hep c any know if makes approval faster?

Ok I recently found out I have Hep c antibodies no active virse at this time by standerd test. I'll made my own appt to see a specalist, I felt it needed to be followed more closely and maybe a biopsy done. I have BC/BS they have requseted a 6 month doc supervised diet. I'm going to go ahead ad appeal with this new info. Because my thought is I can't take deit pills because of harm it can cause. I konow there are other ways. My main ? is did anyone find it easier to get approval because of past hep c
