21 months out, just had baby...
and I am breastfeeding. I just looked on: http://www.nutritiondata.com/ to find out where I could cut out some calories or add some more exercise to begin losing weight again .. it appears that I am suppose to be taking in 3200+ calories a day? I am hardly taking in 1200! I exercise 13+ hours a week (walking, pilates and general gym training), plus they say you burn 500 calories a day breastfeeding. I am not eating any junk (though, I do fancy a ritz cracker every so often) and I do still take in 16oz. of protein shakes and lots and lots of water. I have lost one pound in the past month and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. any suggestions?
