PS in Mexico or Costa Rica

Hi, I'm looking for anyone who has had PS in Mexico or Costa Rica. In general or using Dr. Campos, Fuentes, Gongora in Rosarita Beach, there is one in Ensenada also I think his name is Dr. Gouin. In Costa Rica there is Rosenstock Lieberman Clinic. I've been researching these for some time and am finding 9 out of 10 are VERY happy with results, prices, and aftercare. I'm looking to have full body lipo, TT, possible chin.......I'm in Phoenix and know that there's supposed to be a Dr. in Tucson that is as reasonable as going to Mexico. Anyone here have any input I would be grateful. Thanks for your time Sharon B.
