Rny revison failure

Had a revision of a 4years old open rny on Feb 3 morning of surgey weighed 285 . once home weighed 291 have lost down to 279 in three weeks dr. said my pouch was fine but stoma was streched he closed it and tripled my bypass from 70 cm to 210 cm will I lose weight I still can eat pretty much the amount I ate before the revision I just stay full longer and i eat a little less than before. Please share your experienceses. it would be greatly appreciated.
