Anybody else's IBS get worse post-op?

With brief periods of relief, brought on by taking Zelnorm, then adding Levsin, then adding Nexium and Zantac...and all the while using Benefiber 2 Tbsp. three times a day and Miralx once a day. I am, once again, in a belly agony stage. Last week, it was only every late afternoon and evening. Now it's after everything I eat. What the heck is going on?
