I'm having extreme muscle tightening 6 months after surgery. Is this okay?

I had my tummy tuck as a result of breast reconstruction due to a mastectomy. (They made the new breast from my abdoment and did the tummy tuck afterwards for free.) All of a sudden I am having muscle tightness in my abdomen and up my stomach muscles. Has anyone experienced this so long after the tummy tuck?
