Has anyone got Sagamore Plus insurance and gotten a panniculectomy covered?

I have lost 190 pounds and have an apron, I would like to have removed. I called my insurance and they said I would have to prove it was medically necessary and have to surgeon recommendations. I would like to talk to anyone that has Sagamore and has gotten this surgery, to find out what I need to know....
