Has anyone used Dr. Figueroa in Tijuana, B. C. Mexico?

Looking to have TT. Live in Phoenix. Was wondering if anyone has had PS with Dr. Figueroa? If you have what was price?? Also considering Lower body lift....is that the one that takes care of the skin and 'rolls' on back? Thanks for your help.
