Am I eating too much at 4 1/2 months out?

I had lap RNY June 3rd 2004. My doctor showed my weight as 281 post op and I now weigh 203. I was talking to a friend who had the DS and another friend who had open RNY and both told me that they didnt eat as much as I eat now when they were 4 months out. The day we talked I was showing them a Weight Watchers meal that was carb controlled and high in protein and they both asked if I ate the whole thing. I generally can eat the entire frozen dinner, but occasionally I do not. Do you think a 9 oz frozen dinner is too much food 4 1/2 months out? It mainly conisits of chicken and vegetables and maybe some sort of sauce or gravy. My food intake so far today was protein drink (8oz carb countdown juice and nectar protein powder at 7am, 1 oz cheddar cheese w/ 4 triscuts at 8:45am, a handful of cashews at 10:30am, 11:45am 4 oz of turkey chili topped w/ shredded cheese, I will probably eat the rest of my cheese and 4 crackers around 2pm and dinner which will be 1 grilled chicken italian sausage link and green beans around 5pm. I have a snack around 8pm or 9pm which is NSA Nestle Quick in Carb Cartdown milk w/cinnamon and vanilla extract and protein powder warmed. In addition to the above mentioned, my doctor states that I should only eat 3 times a day. I told him that I recently started eating 4-5 times a day as of month 3 because I was getting hungrier it seems and becuase I seemed to be on a plateau at that time. Am I overeating?????? I generally eat only til I am satisfied and I drink tons of water throught the day.
