cost of a breast lift??

I looked at the library for the cost of a breast lift but all I saw was older prices meaning 2003 and older....can anyone give me an idea of how much a breast lift cost you this year 2004? Also were you "down" a long time with the operation? last question if you had a lift with no implants how many sizes did you go down? example I was a DD before wls how I feel if the extra skin was gone I would be a C is this a good guide or am I thinking to small. thanks
