4 months post op--what is a normal diet

I am 4 months post op and have lost a total of 103 lbs since surgery, so I know I am doing fine, but was wondering what a normal amount of food to be eating at this stage is? I wrote down everything I ate for 2 days, and am getting about 800 calories a day. I s this normal? And how much could you eat at a meal at this stage? Thanks for your help.
