How long before you could go back to work after arms, thighs?

I am 6 wks out after a complete body lift. It went so well, still swelling, but I can't wait to get more done. I would like to get arms and thighs or breasts done at the same time, but don't get paid when I dont work. How long did you all have to miss work from these surgeries.
