Pian and Time to Heal with TT and Breast Lift?

I researched the library before posting, but I am asking for more recent replies. (1) What do you think of having a tt and breast lift at the same time? One PS will do it, another will not. (2) One PS said I need to take 3 wks off for tt, even though I have a desk job. Do you think 3 wks was long enough, or too long? (3)How is the pain with a tt and bl? I am 46, had lap rny, and never had children, so don't know how labor or a c-section compares. What are your comments and suggestions? Thanks
