I have gained about 15 lbs. -
I am one year out and have lost 115 lbs- but now putting it back on I have gained 15 lbs.. And it is really beating me up- anyone know how i could kick this 15 lbs? I thought about upping to strickly protein drinks, and salads, and water but is this ok? Thanks to anyone who give any info will help... :)
