I am going to have Dr. Aguirre in Mexico do my surgery and I'm curious...

I am curious to know if anyone who has also had him do their surgery has had Distal RnY? I really want more malabsorbtion than just a regular RnY would be so I was just wondering?? Thank you in advance for any information!!
