Did anyone have a TT were you was cut all the way around

I was wondering about this I am trying to have a TT hernia repair now waiting for INC to approve for it I would love it if DR could cut all the way around so it would pull my but back up were it used to be and the extra skin that hangs over the back of my jeans Take Care Huggs Beth
