New Procedures bieng done to address

I am looking for information from patients that have consulted with a surgeon about a "Enlarged Stoma" I am finding it difficult to find articles or sites that discuss the new procedures bieng done to correct/address Enlarged Stoma's after RNY. Where is the scaring of the stoma procedure bieng done and what all is required for that procedure? Any information would be appreciated.
