Has anyone been diagnosed with Heart Failure [enlarged heart] Post Surgery?

I have been diagnosed with CHF, I am 18 mos post op, and it's very frustrating to me because I am having a difficult time reaching my goal in part to not being able to exercise. I see a cardiologist at the end of this month, and hopefully they can give me the medication I need so that I can get back on track. The most frustrating thing is the water retention... I fluctuate a 10-30 pound weight gain seemingly overnight.
