How is it possible for me to eat this much?

I know that several have posted about the amount of food the are able to eat and their amounts are still small. I am 16 mos post-op and have lost 136 lbs, although lately I have fluctuated a lot. I haven't lost any weight since my 14th month and I know why. It's the amount of food I can eat. No particular food has made me sick or made me dump. I do make healthy choices 99 percent of the time and if on the occasion I do eat something not good for me, I am good about limiting it to a small amount. Okay, back to the quantity. Just this week, we grilled Porterhouse steaks (I have been craving meat like crazy the last few weeks) and I ate about 10-12 ounces of meat with no problem. I did not get sick, feel uncomfortable or anything. Some of you worry about eating 1/2 of a 6in sub, well, I can easily eat the whole thing with no problem. I talked to my surgeon about this and he tells me not to worry because I have a RNY BPD(biliopancreatic diversion) and my pouch was left larger at 5-6 ozs. I never thought that my intake would increase so much and I am very afraid of gaining. Just this week I did gain 8lbs but I don't know if it is fat or fluid. Also, I have been munching more on fruit, cheese, ham, nuts, etc. in the evenings. Could my pouch be stretched that much? Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated. I will be glad to supply more info if necessary.
