I am looking into plastics, & finding prices way higher than expected

I am looking for info from any one who has had a lower body lift, and upper arm lift in Mexico, Puerto Rico or any place else. How did you find a surgeon and set it up? I will likely bring a nurse friend with me to help in case of problems, But I just do not know how to get started.
