Does anyone have any info on Dr. Gary Hall or Dr. Milton Muller in Kansas City?

I am 15 mos post-op biliopancreatic rny and have lost 137lbs. I have been approved by my insurance(Tricare Prime) for outpatient excision of excess skin. I am strongly considering having other procedures done also. But my question for the day is this: Is there anyone that has any information on Dr. Gary Hall or Dr. Milton Muller (both plastic surgeons) in the Kansas City area. Any info on either of these surgeons is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all responses.
