any support groups in NYC?

My friend is a little over 1 year out. she didnt have her surgery in NYC, as she is new to the area. She is looking for a support group. Are there any that are near here she is on the east side? here is her email address [email protected]. I just ask that you put support group in the heading. She is feeling a little lonely.
