Anyone from Central Ohio know what happened to Dr. Choban?

I had to go to the ER last Thursday, I called the surgeon on-call and informed him Dr. Choban was my surgeon, to my surprise, he said Dr. Choban is no longer practicing medicine. I contacted BTC and s/w the receptionist who stated the staff was just as dumb-founded, an only knew she was not on staff anymore. I am very concerned for her, I hope she is ok. Thanks for any input. I hope someone can shed some light for me.
