abdominoplasty/love handles??

Can someone please tell me if an abdominoplasty will take away the love handles that I have around my back area? I hate it and am very self-conscious about the fat around my back. I'm hopeful that a TT will pull that fat around and get rid of it - or am I mistaken?! Thanks!
