How long after WLS can I resume my paxil?

I am having WLS on Dec. 5th, and I take twenty mg. of paxil in the evening. How many days will I be without it in the hospital?Will I notice the lack of it in my system or does it take longer than a few days for your body to realize that you aren't taking it?
