Is it possible to dump on Tylenol #3?

I am 1 month post-op, and was prescribed Tylenol #3 after surgery. I haven't used the Tylenol since I got home just over 2 weeks ago until tonight. I had a migrane and took 2 Tylenol. I never had a problem with it up until now... It's been 2.5 hours since I took them, and for the past 2 hours I've been shakey, sweaty, and having extreme pain in my upper abdomen which is going straight through to my back. Is this dumping or am I having a bad reaction?
