Can you tolerate sugar coated pills post-op?

Hi everyone- I am still pre-op. I currently take Cafergot as needed for migraine headaches, usually once or twice a month. This is a medication that seems to work VERY well for me, as some of the others have not. Unfortunately, Cafergot is sugar coated and isn't available in any other form (that I can find, anyways). Can you posties tolerate sugar coated pills? I'm really scared at the thought of being unable to use my Cafergots, as my migraines are very disabling. The pills are about the size and shape (and taste, LOL) of a Skittles. I usually have to take between 1-3 pills over 3 to 5 hours, depending on the severity of the migraine.
