I am feeling light-headed today.....

This is so weird, I am 8 weeks post-op, and for some reason today I am feeling "spacey and out of it", and when I stand up too fast I feel light-headed like I need to sit back down. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? My doc's office closed an hour ago so I can't get in to see her today. Thx!
