Looking for the Armadillo Egg recipe

I receive weeekly emails of WLS recipies. Last week's email included a recipie for Armadillo Eggs. I deleted it by accident but would like to try it. It involved stuffing jalapeno's with cream cheese, encasing them in ground turkey or pork then rolling in cracker crumbs and cheese and baking them.
