Hi everyone. I was never a big fan of milk before surgery. However, now when I make
my protein shakes, I like to mix the powder with 1% milk and a banana or some sort of fruit. First question, is it okay to use 1% milk (about 1/2 - 1 cup)? Secondly, is it okay to throw a banana or apple or some other fruit in the mix? Thanks so much. Everyone is so wonderful here. Lisa
